Everton officially announced that the team has renewed the contract with Portugal goalkeeper Virgenia.
After agreeing to renew, Virginia and Everton signed a four-year contract that expires in the summer of 2024.
Virgenia will celebrate his 21st birthday next month. He has played for Benfica and Arsenal's youth teams.
The Portuguese U21 country gate joined Everton from Arsenal in the summer of 2018. He was loaned to Reading last summer.
Virgenia helped Everton U23 youth team win the Premier League B League championship, he became the team's second goalkeeper this season.
In the League Cup between Everton and Salford City on September 16, Virgenia made his first team debut.
